About Us

Ministry of Prayer was founded in March 2007 by Evangelist Lorna Fox-McLeod. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, this small ministry of four people has achieved unbelievable success within its very first year of existence, and is now international!  It has expanded its various ministry outreaches from Black Planet to Hi5 to Ministry of Prayer International, and Morning Coffee and the Word. Ministry of Prayer  now has 4,726 members and growing. Ministry of Prayer International 143 friends, 466 page likes and growing. Morning Coffee and the Word are 599 strong and growing. Ministry of Prayer will continue to reach out to souls everywhere as we press into God to make a positive change in the lives of ourselves and others. 

Evangelist Lorna is currently a member of Same Like Faith Family Christian Center in Mableton, Ga.  Her presiding prelate is Apostle, Bishop Marion E. Lindsay - Johnson PH.D., D.D Sr, Pastor, Founder and Teacher.  Evangelist Lorna is an intercessor/prayer warrior and an ambassador on behalf of her church, Same Like Faith International, touching the lives of people all over the world.

We had our first conference: "Back To The Basics of Prayer”. Yes, it was our first conference, "Conference 2011" it was held in Royal Palm Beach, Florida on August 19 and 20, 2011.  GOD did what HE said HE was going to do.

And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.

He was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed.
So he himself stepped in to save them with his strong arm, and his justice sustained him.
